About Me
I'm just your everyday mom enjoying my daily cup of coffee (reheated 4 times...), snacking on leftover kids' meals, and breathing in the fresh, outdoor air during playtime. I can throw down in some soccer (but I mean, how often do you find a pop up soccer game in your late 20s?), and will always set time aside to dabble in music. And I love, love, love taking pictures! What got me into photography? I had a job in 2015 that required me to train new photography volunteers and I had to learn it myself before I could do that! I watched hours of tutorials from National Geographic photographers and instructors. I realized then how much I enjoyed cherishing and capturing special moments. I took a break for a while when I switched careers. In 2020, my sweet, thoughtful husband bought me a camera after hearing for years how much I enjoyed taking pictures and it's the reason I'm living this dream today!
So here I am, three kids later and a passion like never before to capture the precious moments of life I hope are never forgotten. One of my favorite things to do while visiting my grandparents is to look through the old photo albums that possess the decades and generations of memories. My heart is warmed to see that amidst all the life being lived in those pictures, someone thought that was the prefect time to remember forever. I want to give that to YOU! My desire is to give you quality photos that decades down the road, your grandkids will enjoy looking through. My photo style is light, light, light!
